Can I cancel my bet?
There are occasions in which you may be able to cancel your bet. To do this, you can either use cash out where it is available, or you can contact us via the Live Chat button in the section on this article below.
How do I cancel my bet using Cash Out?
- Log onto your account and click into 'My Bets'.
- Click on the Cash Out button & confirm your cash out
- Your original stake will be returned back in your account balance.
Why is the cash out value less than my stake?
- Odds change - the odds on the selection may have altered since placement, if the odds shorten then the cash out value will reduce
- Eligible bets - When you placed your bet, if it was not eligible for Cash Out, this function will not be available.
- Cash out unavailable - sometimes the option to cash out may be unavailable due to a number of reasons e.g. market suspended. Click here to view a list of these possible scenarios.
My Bet is not eligible for cash out. What can I do?
For bets that are not eligible for cash out, once it has been placed it cannot be cancelled without our intervention
As per our Bet Acceptance Policy, bets can only be cancelled with our express agreement and we cannot cancel a bet if:
- A price has changed;
- An event has started;
- You've changed your mind
If I cancel a free bet will this be credited back to me?
If you cancel a free bet this will be credited back to you in your account.

You can find your bet receipt in the 'My Bets' section of your account. To access this, simply click here.
Once there, locate your Open Bet and click the dropdown labelled 'Show selections & more' to view the full details, including your bet receipt (Bet ID)...
Once you've clicked the dropdown, your bet receipt (Bet ID) will be displayed at the bottom of the bet slip...
