Overview
When did Flutter Entertainment PLC take ownership of Sky Betting & Gaming, PokerStars Brands and Full Tilt Poker?
On the 5th of May 2020, Flutter Entertainment PLC acquired The Stars Group, which operated PokerStars Brands, Full Tilt Poker and Sky Betting and Gaming.
On the 10th of July 2018, The Stars Group, which operated the "PokerStars,", "PokerStars Casino","BetStars", "Full Tilt" and "PokerStars Live" brands ("STARS"), acquired Sky Betting & Gaming, which operated the "Sky Bet", "Sky Vegas", "Sky Casino", "Sky Poker" and "Sky Bingo" brands together with a portfolio of other assets ("SKY BETTING AND GAMING").
Following this acquisition, together with regulatory approval, which has been granted by the relevant authorities, Sky Betting and Gaming, is now a company within Flutter Entertainment PLC.

1. Self-Exclusion
Will my all product Self-Exclusion with Sky Betting & Gaming be carried over to Paddy Power, Betfair or PokerStars brands?
From the 08/06/2022, when you apply a ALL product Self-Exclusion we will take reasonable steps to block you from your Sky Betting and Gaming account - plus any other UK* accounts with matching details you may hold with brands that are part of our family group.
Our family group consists of Sky Betting & Gaming (which includes Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo, Sky Casino and Sky Poker), Paddy Power Online, Betfair and PokerStars and tombola.
We will also take reasonable steps to prevent you re-opening your account or opening a new account with any of these brands. For certainty, we recommend that you apply a Self-Exclusion to any accounts you may hold with the above brands or alternatively contact the relevant Customer Support teams who can set these for you.
*For accounts registered in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Gibraltar, Channel Islands, British overseas territories. Paddy Power Betfair and Sky Betting and Gaming accounts for customers located in Isle of Man.
Will my all product Self-Exclusion with Sky Betting & Gaming be carried over to tombola?
On the 18/12/2024, Flutter Entertainment PLC acquired the tombola group, when you apply a ALL product self exclusion we will take reasonable steps to block you from your Sky Betting and Gaming Account - plus any other UK* accounts with matching details you may hold with brands that are part of our family group, which include tombola.
Will individual product exclusion or product blocks with Sky Betting and Gaming by applied with Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars or tombola?
If you have individual product exclusions with Sky Betting and Gaming, this exclusion does not cover products with Paddy Power or Betfair. You will need to apply the product exclusion directly with the relevant brand in order to have an exclusion applied with your account with that brand.
From 08/06/2022, should you have applied individual product exclusions across all SB&G products then you will be subject to the all product Self-Exclusion process and the exclusion will be applied to the Paddy Power or Betfair account where account details can be matched.
I have a Poker exclusion with Sky Betting and Gaming can I continue to play poker with your PokerStars brands, Paddy Power, Betfair or tombola?
Product-specific exclusions with Sky Betting and Gaming will not apply to Poker products on Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars or tombola brands.
Can I reinstate my Sky Betting and Gaming account following a Self-Exclusion whilst I have an exclusion with Paddy Power and Betfair?
If you are looking to reinstate your Sky Betting and Gaming account following a Self-Exclusion; this will be impacted by any ALL product Self-Exclusion held with Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars or tombola. You will be unable to re-instate until ALL product Self-Exclusions applied to UK* matched accounts have expired.
All product Self-Exclusions applied to UK* accounts with these brands are shared and where account details match Self-Exclusion end dates are aligned. Once your exclusion has expired you will be able to apply for your account to be re-opened however, if a new Self-Exclusions has been applied to an account with either of these brands and the duration exceeds your original Sky Betting and Gaming Self-Exclusion duration then your account will remain excluded until the latest date selected.
If you want to re-open your accounts cross brand, you will need to contact each brands customer services team individually to reinstate your account with them once your exclusion has expired. Re-opening your Sky Betting and Gaming account will not automatically re-open any accounts held with Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars or tombola brands.

3. Deposit Limits
Will the deposit limit I set with my Sky Betting and Gaming account be applied with Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars or tombola brands?
If you have a set a Deposit Limit with your Sky Betting and Gaming account this tool does not cover Paddy Power, Betfair or PokerStars brands. You will need to apply the deposit limit directly with the relevant brand.
4. Account Closure
I requested closure of my Sky Betting and Gaming account, what will happen to my accounts with Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars, tombola brands or Full Tilt Poker?
If you request the closure of your Sky Betting and Gaming account, this will not carry over to an account you may have with Paddy Power, Betfair or PokerStars brands. You will need to request a closure directly with the relevant brand. Should you contact in order to re-open your account, a check will be conducted to identify if you have a Self-Exclusion on a matched UK* account with Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars or tombola brands.
5. Marketing Preferences
Will my marketing preferences carry across to Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars or tombola brands?
Marketing preferences will not be carried over to Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars or tombola brands If you wish to change your marketing preferences you should contact each brand directly.
