How do I get notifications?
To get notifications make sure you've got them enabled in your app settings.
You can then opt in to receive notifications for football matches in the following places:
- On the Bet Receipt - simply use the toggle next to the name of the match to turn notifications on/off
- The match event page - notifications cans be turned on/off either before the game has kicked off OR once the game has started on the match event page
Notifications are only available on the iOS & Android apps, on Football matches that are available for In-Play betting. Notifications are not available on enhanced accumulators or specials such as the Soccer Saturday Price Boost.
Do I need to bet to get notifications?
No - just go to the match you want notifications for and look out for the toggle at the top of the page.
Notifications are not working?
If event notifications are not working, please follow the below troubleshooting:
- Are notifications turned on in your device settings? Press here to see how you turn these on
- Delete the app & re-install it, this can remove any temporary files stored on your device
