Cancelling bets

You can cash out eligible bets for the same value as your original stake before kick off - go to my bets to see eligible cash out bets. Please note this is dependant on the price not changing since placing the bet.

The availability of cash out for your bets can fluctuate due to the nature of in-play betting, the reasons why your cash out could be suspended are:

Suspended Markets
Nearing 90 minutes
In-play betting
Cash out delay

Booking Points

For the purpose of booking point markets, yellow cards are worth 10 points and red cards are worth 25 points. If a player receives 2 yellow cards, and is consequently shown a red card, they receive a total of 35 booking points.

Only players that are booked during active play will count towards the booking points markets (90-minute betting only). This means players on the bench or players booked after Full Time do not receive booking points towards your bet.

Goal Interval Betting

The intervals are expressed as the minute of the match. For instance:

1-15mins will constitute 00:00-14:59 on the clock
16-30 will be 15:00-29:59
31-45 will be 30:00 until HT
46-60 will be 45:00 until 59:59 (after the second half begins)
61-75 will be 60:00 until 74:59
76-90 will be 75:00 until FT

Goals Scored in added time at the end of a half will be deemed to have occurred in either the 31-45 or the 76-90 periods respectively for settlement purposes.

Settlement Timescales

We will strive to get your bet settled immediately after the event has finished, but please bear with us at busy times and allow up to 30 minutes for your winnings to be in your account.

Using Free Bets

Free bet stakes are not included in your potential returns. For example, a £5 free bet used on a selection @ 7/1 has the potential returns of £35. In this situation if you used £5 cash, the potential returns would be £40.
