My Transactions lets you view all the transactions you have made on your Sky Betting & Gaming account. Be that bets placed, winnings received or deposits and withdrawals you have made.
How to Access your My Transactions Page

If you would like to access My Transactions on desktop just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Sky Betting & Gaming account.

Step 2: From the top right of the page - select 'My Account' and then 'My Account' again from the drop down

Step 3: Select 'Betting Activity' on Sky Bet, or 'Gaming Activity' on Gaming products, from the navigation bar at the top of the page. In the following drop down, select 'My Transactions'.

How do I refine my 'Search'?
You can filter your results to show the transactions you want to see.
To unclutter your results, select 'Options' in the top right of the My Transactions page, then you can filter the transactions to your preference.

These functions will allow you to edit your results in a certain way:
- Choose a date range: This is defaulted to 'today', with additional options for last 7 days, last 30 days, last 3 months & last 6 months available from the drop down.
- Date Range: This allows you to narrow down your search to a more specific time period, that doesn't fit into the specific periods outlined in the regular date range options.
- Show reference ID: This is enabled by default, by un-ticking this box, you will see a 'cleaner' and less details version of the data you are searching for.
Where is my Transaction?
If you think you are missing a transaction such as a bet, a withdrawal or anything you expect to find take a look at these next steps:
- Make sure your Results are not Filtered.
In the options setting on the My Transactions page, clear any manually applied settings. You should then be able to see all activity on your account. - Is this a Recent Transaction?
If you are waiting for a bet that you have just won, it could mean that your payout has not been processed yet. - Still Concerned about your Transaction?
If you still cannot find your transaction, you should contact our Customer Service Team, who can look into this for you.
Can I delete items from My Transactions?
It is not possible to delete any information from your transactions.
How do I view My Transactions on the Sky Betting & Gaming mobile App?
If you want to view My Transactions on the Sky Betting & Gaming App, you only need to follow these three simple steps:
Step 1: Click on the person icon in the top right of the page

Step 2: Click on 'My Transactions' from the options below

Step 3: Click 'Options' and the drop down will appear for you to filter the dates as you prefer
