Why am I unable to withdraw?

There are several reasons why a withdrawal may not be processed:

  • You have not met the requirements of the closed loop policy.
  • You have opened a new account and we need to verify you. If this is the case, you will be advised of any restrictions when you first log in or before you first deposit. For more information on verification read our verification article.
  • You are yet to make a deposit. In order to verify your card, you must deposit first.
  • You are using a payment method/card which does not accept withdrawals.

How long will it take to receive my withdrawal?

Withdrawal timescales will be dependent on the payment method you are withdrawing to. Once you have confirmed your withdrawal, you will be advised of how long this should take to reach your bank.

The quickest withdrawal method is an Instant Bank Transfer. This will appear in your bank immediately and can be accessed from the Popular tab on your withdrawals page. You can access this page via the following steps:

Step 1) Select 'My Account'

Step 2) Select 'Payments'

Step 3) Select 'Withdraw' and the 'Popular' tab will be visible to select

Card Payments - Instant Withdrawals

Instant withdrawals is a service developed to get your withdrawals back into your bank account faster than ever! All Visa cards and participating MasterCard’s are eligible for instant withdrawals. These payments should be in your bank account within 1-4 hours.

In rare cases, it can take longer than 4 hours. If you have not received your withdrawal within 24 hours, then you should get in touch with us by selecting 'Contact Us' at the bottom of this article.

Card Payments - Standard Withdrawals

Standard withdrawals should be in your bank 2-5 working days from the date you requested them. Please make sure you allow the full 5 working days to elapse before getting in touch.

*Also consider Bank Holidays when applying the above timescales as these are not working days.

What do I do if I have not received my withdrawal within the above referenced timescales?

If you do not receive your withdrawal within 4 hours, it is likely due to that card type not being eligible for instant withdrawals. In that instance it should take 2-5 working days to show in your bank account. Unless you are used to your withdrawals being in your bank within 4 hours, please allow 5 working days to pass before getting in touch.

For any type of withdrawal, if you have still not received your withdrawal after 5 working days, reach out to our customer support team by clicking 'Contact Us' at the bottom of this page.

I have made multiple withdrawals, and I am missing some. Why?

Please be aware if you have made multiple withdrawals, these may not appear on your statement in the order you made the withdrawal. For example, if you made a withdrawal on a Friday and a Saturday you may receive the Saturday withdrawal in your bank first. This is due to the banking process. Please give 5 working days for all withdrawals to appear in your account before getting in touch.

If you have spoken to your bank and you still haven't received your withdrawal after the appropriate timescale, please contact us and we can provide you with an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) within 24 hours. An ARN is a receipt from your bank accepting the funds. You can take this 16-digit number to your bank, and they can use it to locate your funds. We are unable to provide you with an ARN until 5 working days have passed.

You can contact us using the button at the bottom of this article.
