This article explains Lengthen Your Odds Promotion that we run for Horse Racing on selected races. Lengthen your odds allows you to bet on the official winning distance of a named horse. This page explains how you can identify races that offer this promotion as well as explaining what happens if the horse doesn't run, listing all the relevant terms and conditions you will be subject to upon entering.

What is the Lengthen Your Odds Promotion?

• This is a promotion allowing you to bet on the official winning distance of a named horse. 
• It will be offered on selected races and the selected horse needs to win at the stated distance as part of the official racing result.

How do I know which races this promotion will be available on?

• You can see this on the Bet selection screen as per the below screenshot:

How do I find out the winning distance?

• Official results, which we will settle all bets by, will be published by the Press Association.

What happens if there is a non-runner?

• A Rule 4 will be applied on the price of the non runner in the outright market. For more information on Rule 4 please click here.

Terms & Conditions

1. Lengthen your odds market relates to the official winning distance of a named selection.
2. The selection needs to win by the distance stated. Bets will be settled on the official distance published by the Press Association.
3. If the result is a dead heat, then the winning distance is classed as 0.
4. First past the post concession does not apply to winning distance and Lengthen Your Odds Markets.
5. In the event of any non runners in selected races, a rule 4 will be applied on the price of the non runner in the outright market.

Lengthen Your Odds' Trebles

1. All bets are singles only.
2. If any of the 3 named horses does not run - the bet will be settled as an enhanced lengthen your odds double or single on the remaining selection(s).
3. Each named horse must win by their stated distance band.
4. In the event of any non runners in selected races, a rule 4 will be applied on the price of the non runner in the outright market.
5. First past the post concession does not apply to Lengthen Your Odds' Trebles.
6. A max bet may apply.

Lengthen Your Odds' Insurance

1. Normal Lengthen Your Odds rules will apply with the following additional terms;
2. If the selection wins the race but fails to win by the stated distance your bet will be void.
3. If your horse fails to win the race your bet will be a loser.
4. If the selection dead heats for 1st place then your bet will be void.
