How to read your bet receipts

Bet Receipts

When you check your bet history, you'll be able to see a bet receipt which outlines the details of your bet.

See below for information about what each section means:

Receipt

A unique number that identifies the bet

Bet placed at

The time and date the bet was placed

Bet Type

Whether the bet was a single, double, treble etc. View our Bet Types article for information about bet types.

Bet Channel

Where you placed your bet (internet, mobile etc.)

Number of lines

Single bets only have one line, but other bets such as each-way bets have more than one line.

Stake per line

How much money you have on each line of the bet.

Total stake

The total amount of money you have staked.

Settled

Whether your bet has been settled yet.

Number of win lines

How many lines of your bet were winners.

Number of void lines

How many lines of your bet were made void.

Returns

How much money you won (including your returned stake)

Refunds

How much money you were refunded if any of your bet was made void.

Class/Sport

What sport you have bet on.

Event Type

This will usually show the competition type (e.g. FA Cup).

Event

This will usually show the match or event.

Market

What market you have bet on (for some events, this will show 'Win' - this is the name of the betting market and doesn't necessarily mean your bet has won!).

Date

The date that the event is scheduled to take place (this is subject to change).

Selection

Who/which team you have bet on and the odds you were given.
