Horse Racing RequestABets
- For settlement purposes any bets which include "unnamed favourite(s)" or "total winning favourites," the total count will include all favourites, co favourites or joint favourites

- RequestABets involving forecasts/tricasts will revert to a CSF/CST (Computer straight forecast/tricast) in the event of any NR's.
- In the event of any non-runners in all daily and 'Non-runner No Bet' HorseRacing RequestABets, the bet will be settled at the SP of the remaining selections.
- If any RequestABet is combined with another sport (e.g football, tennis, rugby), the bet will be settled at reduced odds of the remaining selections if any selection does not take part.
- For settlement purposes, bets will be settled at the place terms that Sky Bet use for their win market for that race unless stated otherwise (derived markets such as place/insure betting will not dictate the place terms for RequestABets).
- For all Football selections in the bets - all bets are for 90 minutes unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalties will not count - except when a particular selection in the bet contains the phrases 'To Qualify', 'Lift The Trophy' or 'Win The Tie'.
- For all Rugby selections in the bets - all bets are for 80 minutes unless otherwise stated. Extra time will not count - except when a particular selection in the bet contains the phrases 'To Qualify', 'Lift The Trophy' or 'Win The Tie'.
- If a meeting is abandoned, the part of the bet/selection involving this particular meeting will be void, unless the specified number of favourites has already won/been placed.
- For any selections involving a specified Jockey - If any non-runners (which also includes abandoned meetings or void races) mean that the Jockey does not have enough rides to complete the multiple, the specified Jockey part of the RequestABet selection will be settled as an SP win/place single/multiple on the Jockey's remaining ride(s).
- For any selections involving a specified Trainer - If any non-runners (which also includes abandoned meetings or void races) mean that the Trainer does not have enough runners to complete the multiple, the specified Trainer part of the RequestABet selection will be settled as an SP win/place single/multiple on the Trainer's remaining runner(s).
- For settlement purposes, any parts of the bet that involves a Race Winning Distance or a Meeting Winning Distance will be settled based on the rules listed below on this page.
- These rules will also apply to all bets that have been requested by; @TWEnclosure, @Oddschecker, @Sportinglife and @racingpost
- Any RequestABet which states a Horse to go unbeaten will be settled as a losing selection if the selection is beaten regardless of the number of times the selection has run in the Bet; For Example: X Horse to remain unbeaten in 2020/2021 National Hunt Season (must run 3 times or bet void) if the selection wins twice and doesn't run again the bet will be made void. If the selection loses in any race, the selection will be a loser. If the selection Wins all races the bet will be settled as a winner.
- Where any bet states "use of the whip" this refers to any deliberate contact whereby it is obvious that the jockey is using the whip in assistance to the horse. This includes behind the saddle, down the neck and all deliberate contact in the race itself. Any contact with the whip pre-race or post race will not count towards the bet. If there are instances where the horse is out of shot for any time period where the whip might be used, we will endeavour to check all replays to ascertain the usage.
Same Race RequestABet/In-Race Price Boost Special
- For settlement purposes a rule 4 may apply.
- Standard dead heat rules apply.
- If one or more named selections within the Same Race RequestABet/In-Race Price Boost Special is a non-runner then the whole Same Race RequestABet/In-Race Price Boost Special will be void
- For settlement purposes, bets will be settled at the place terms that Sky Bet use for their win market for that race unless stated otherwise (derived markets such as place/insure betting will not dictate the place terms for Same Race RequestABets/In-Race Price Boost Special).
- If a race is declared void then the Same Race RequestABet/In-Race Price Boost Special will be void
- For settlement purposes, any parts of the bet that involves a Race Winning Distance or a Meeting Winning Distance will be settled based on the rules listed below on this page.
Please note - In the event of a non-runner within the stated races, bets will be settled in accordance with either of the following two rules giving the greatest return to the customer:
- The revised enhanced price of the multiple after the market has been reformed accounting for the non-runner
- With a rule 4 deduction based on the price of the non-runner in the affected leg of the multiple.
Example selection: "Kauto Star to win by 5 lengths or more & Denman to place (3 places)"
Ante Post Special Multiples - Win Today & In The Future
- If one of the selection goes on to lose, then the bet will be settled as a loser.
- When a selection becomes a Non Runner after the final declaration stage, all bets on the selection will be settled as a void.
- for example; Chacun Pour Soi to win both the Dublin Chase (6/2/21) and Queen Mother Champion Chase (If the Dublin Chase was Abandoned on the 6th February then the whole bet would be voided)
RequestABetInsurance
RequestABet Insurance applies to all pre-event bets placed within the 'RequestABet Insurance' titled markets.
- Should any selection in your bet not take place/take part in the event then the bet will be settled at an enhanced SP of the remaining selections.

Packaged Multiples
- Applies to Price Boost Multiples, Double Up Boosts, Road To Cheltenham Bets, ITV Special Bets (doubles, trebles etc), Enhanced Accumulators, Rollover Boosts and Cross Sport Specials.
- You're betting on whether the named horses will win/place in their respective races.
- Dead heat rules may apply.
- If any of the selections named within the bet are non-runners, bets will be settled as an enhanced SP multiple on the remaining runners.
- In the event of a significant non-runner within any of the stated races, bets will be settled in accordance with either of the following two rules giving the greatest return to the customer

Daily Favourites
You're betting on: a specified number of favourites winning/placing at a specified meeting
- For settlement purposes any bets which include "unnamed favourite(s)" or "total winning favourites," the total count will include all favourites, co favourites or joint favourites
- If any favourite is withdrawn and no market is reformed. The favourite will be the 2nd favourite with the lowest racecard number.
- For fields of 4 runners or less the favourite must win the race for place purposes.
- If a meeting is abandoned bets will be void, unless the specified number of favourites have already won/been placed.
- For settlement purposes, bets will be settled at the place terms that Sky Bet use for their win market for that race unless stated otherwise (derived markets such as place/insure betting will not dictate the place terms for Daily favourites).
- A favourite is declared where there is an official result issued with starting prices (SPs). Where there are no SPs declared, in some international races, the favourite will be the shortest priced selection according to the final Sky Bet prices.
Either to Win
You're betting on: either of a number of named horses winning a specified race
- If either selection is a non runner the market will be settled as an SP single on the remaining runner, therefore if the remaining selection does not win the bet will be settled as a loser.
- For settlement purposes, bets will be settled at the place terms that Sky Bet use for their win market for that race unless stated otherwise (derived markets such as place/insure betting will not dictate the place terms for Either to Win).
- Standard Rule 4 Deductions may apply to this market.
- If a race drops down to become a two runner race then any bets placed on "Either to Win" that contain the remaining two selections will be void.
- Dead heat rules may apply.
Both to Place
You're betting on: both named horses to place in a specified race
- If either selection is a non runner the market will be settled as an SP single on the remaining runner, therefore if the remaining selection does not win the bet will be settled as a loser.
- For settlement purposes, bets will be settled at the place terms that Sky Bet use for their win market for that race unless stated otherwise
- In the event of a horse being withdrawn, not under starter's orders, stakes on that selection will be returned. Bets for the remaining horses in the race will be subject to a deduction in accordance with the Rule 4 table below based on the price in the place only market of the withdrawn horse(s) at the time of withdrawal.
- If any race drops so that the number of starters is equal to or below the number of places mentioned in the Both To Place terms, then all bets on these selections will be made void.
- For example, A race with 10 runners, has 7 Non Runners and only 3 horses start the race. If the Both to Place market is X & Y to place (3 places) then bets on that market will be voided.
- Dead heat rules may apply.

Jockey Markets
You're betting on: a named jockey to ride a win/place accumulator at a specified meeting.
- If any non runners mean a jockey does not have enough rides to complete the multiple, the Jockey Markets will be settled as an SP win/place single/multiple on the jockey's remaining ride(s).
- For other Jockey Multiples involving specified races, a price will be offered on a jockey winning (or being placed) in all the specified races.
- If a jockey is awarded a race due to there being a walkover, it will not be counted towards their total for the meeting as far as this market is concerned.
- For settlement purposes, bets will be settled at the place terms that Sky Bet use for their win market for that race unless stated otherwise (derived markets such as place/insure betting will not dictate the place terms for Jockey Markets).
- If a meeting has any Arab races or Charity races these will not be included in settlement.
Jockey Meeting Match Bets
- Jockey match bets are based on which jockey will ride the most winners at their specified meetings that particular day.
- Bets are settled on the official result - If both named Jockeys finish in 1st position in the same race, dead heat rules will apply and both jockeys will receive 1/2 a point towards the final total.
- If either named Jockey finishes in a Dead Heat with the any other jockey in another race, they will also have dead heat rules applying with them gaining 1/2 point towards final totals.
- If either named jockey loses 2 or more of their intended rides at the meeting, all bets on the market will be made void.
Jockey Performance Points
Jockeys will be awarded points for the finishing position of their horses in a race on the following basis:
1st - 25 points
2nd - 10 points
3rd - 5 points
4th or worse - 0 points
- In the event of a jockey not having a sufficient number of rides to earn the quoted Performance Points, the selection will be void.
- In the event of a jockey's named horse being declared a non-runner, all bets will stand on the market
- In the event of a jockey's named horse dead heating for any place, half points will be awarded
- In the event of a jockey's named horse winning a race via a walkover, no points will be awarded
- In the event of the named jockey not riding all their intended rides, bets will stand on the named horses
- In the event of a meeting having abandoned races; bets will be void where the quoted points could not be attained from the completed rides and bets will be a loser if the quoted points were able to be attained with the completed rides.
Combined Jockey Specials
You're betting on: named Jockeys to ride a stated number of winners at a specific meeting.
- If one or more of the named jockey's rides becomes a non-runner, then all bets will be settled at a price based on the SPs of their remaining rides.
- If enough of a named jockey's rides become non-runners so that the bet cannot be won, then all bets on that selection will be settled as void.
- If a jockey loses any intended rides your bet will be settled on the intended runner.
- If a meeting has any Arab races or Charity races these will not be included in settlement.
Combined Trainer Specials
- You're betting on: named Trainers to train a stated number of winners at a specific meeting.
- If one or more of the named trainers' runners becomes a non-runner, then all bets will be settled at a price based on the SPs of their remaining runners.
- If enough of a named trainer's rides become non-runners so that the bet cannot be won, then all bets on that selection will be settled as void.
- If a meeting has any Arab races or Charity races these will not be included in settlement.
Cross Card Jockey Markets
You're betting on: named Jockeys both / all to ride doubles / trebles at their specified meetings.
- If a meeting is abandoned the market will be settled as a single / double on the remaining jockeys unless the jockey has already ridden the specified number of winners at the abandoned meeting. The market will be settled using the last available price for the respective Jockeys prior to the start of the meeting.
- For settlement purposes, bets will be settled at the place terms that Sky Bet use for their win market for that race unless stated otherwise (derived markets such as place/insure betting will not dictate the place terms for Cross Card Jockey Markets).
Trainer Markets
You're betting on: a named trainer to have a win/place accumulator at a specified meeting
- If any non runners mean a trainer has runners in only one race the trainer accumulator market will be settled as an SP win/place single on their remaining runners.
- For other Trainer Accumulators involving specified races a price will be offered on a trainer winning (or being placed) in all the specified races.
- If there are any non runners Trainer Accumulators will be settled as an SP win / place accumulator on the trainers remaining runners.
- For settlement purposes, bets will be settled at the place terms that Sky Bet use for their win market for that race unless stated otherwise (derived markets such as place/insure betting will not dictate the place terms for Trainer Markets).
- If a meeting has any Arab races or Charity races these will not be included in settlement.
Meeting Winning Distances
You're betting on: the total winning distances at a specified meeting being above, below or between quoted brackets, e.g. 9 to 10 Lengths etc.
- The winning distance in a race will be the officially declared distance between the first two horses past the post that have completed the race, followed the correct course and carried the correct weight.
- The officially declared distance is calculated using the length per second rules that are defined on the BHA website.
- The Maximum distance per race is 12 Lengths for Flat Racing and 30 for National Hunt Racing (this includes any National Hunt Flat (NHF) races and also Jumpers Bumpers cards)
- In the event of a walkover, 5 lengths will be awarded for a flat race, 12 lengths for a national hunt race (incl. national hunt flat races)
- Where no official result is declared e.g. all horses fail to complete 5 lengths will be awarded for a flat race and 12 for a national hunt race.
- If a meeting has 1 or more races abandoned or declared void, then all bets will be void unless the maximum quote has been attained.
- We may also quote accumulators over a specified number of meetings on a given day - above or below a quoted line. If any of the specified meetings are abandoned bets will be void.
- If any of the specified meetings are abandoned, bets will be settled as accumulators on the remaining meeting at the quoted line.
- If a meeting has any Arab races or Charity races these will not be included in settlement.
Race Winning Distances
You're betting on: the winning distance of a named race being above, below or between quoted brackets, e.g. 1 to 2 lengths etc.
- The winning distance in a race will be the officially declared distance between the first two horses past the post that have completed the race, followed the correct course and carried the correct weight.
- The officially declared distance is calculated using the length per second rules that are defined on the BHA website.
- The Maximum distance per race is 12 Lengths for Flat Racing and 30 for National Hunt Racing (this includes any National Hunt Flat (NHF) races and also Jumpers Bumpers cards)
- Should only 1 horse finish a race then the winning distance will be settled with only the over winning distance band as a winner with the remaining selections settled as losers.
- If the result is a dead heat, then the winning distance is classed as 0
- Race Winning Distance classifications: A 'Nose' = 0.05, A 'Short Head' = 0.1, A 'Head' = 0.2 and A 'Neck' = 0.3
- In the event of a walkover, all bets will be void
- Where no official result is declared e.g. all horses fail to complete, all bets will be void.

You're betting on: the winning distance of a named horse being above, below or between quoted brackets, e.g. 1 to 2 lengths etc.

- If the named horse does not win, all bets will be settled as losers.

Distance Meeting Specials
You're betting on: all races to be won at a specified meeting(s) by a certain distance each
- The winning distance in a race will be the officially declared distance between the first two horses past the post that have completed the race, followed the correct course and carried the correct weight.
- The officially declared distance is calculated using the length per second rules that are defined on the BHA website.
- Where no official result is declared e.g all horses fail to complete, all bets will be void.
- If a meeting has 1 or more races abandoned or declared void, then all bets will be void.
- If the result is a dead heat, then the winning distance is classed as 0
- If a meeting has any Arab races or Charity races these will not be included in settlement.
TV Special Markets
You're betting on: a wide range of similar markets to ones detailed above, all of which will be based only on races shown live on either Terrestrial or Satellite TV (eg BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky Sports etc).
- All TV markets will be governed by their respective rules detailed above.
- For settlement purposes, bets will be settled at the place terms that Sky Bet use for their win market for that race unless stated otherwise (derived markets such as place/insure betting will not dictate the place terms for TV Special Markets).
How Many Will Win Markets
You're betting on: named runners to win a stated number of races combined on the day's horse racing.
- If any selection named in the market is deemed a non-runner all bets on the market will be void.
- For settlement purposes, All events must take place otherwise the market will be void.
How Many Will False Start
You're betting on: How Many Races at Cheltenham will false start, as indicated by the starter raising their flag and ordering the Horses to start the race again.
- The start must be clearly shown on ITV's/Racing TV's coverage of the Cheltenham Festival.
- In the event that one or more of the Race Starts is not clearly shown, all bets will be made void.
- All other Horse Racing terms and conditions will apply.
Total Racecard Number Wins
You're betting on: named racecard number to win a stated number of races combined on the day's horse racing.
- (For Example - Horse with Racecard Number 6 to have 5+ winners at Will Rogers Downs)
- If any selection named in the market is deemed a non-runner all bets on the market will be void.
- For settlement purposes, All events must take place otherwise the market will be void, unless a winning outcome is already determined.
Exact Finishing Order
You're betting on: the exact finishing order of a named race.
Should Non Runners be declared at anytime the settlement of bets will be dictated by the following:
- Bets where a NR has affected the outcome will be made void.
- Dead Heat Rules apply.
- If any selection fails to complete the race, the bet will be settled as a loser.
Race Handicap
- The horse judged to be the favourite to win the race starts with a handicap of 0 or Scratch (scr). Every other horse in the race is given virtual head starts over them with an equivalent handicap number of lengths (+4, +7, +10, +14 etc.) The "weaker" the horse is deemed, the greater handicap they go on to receive.
- At the end of the race, all the horse's handicap lengths are added to their actual finishing position. Settlement will be based on the finishing position of the horses after the handicaps applied.
- Dead heat rules will apply if more than one horse ties for a place.
Winning Favourites
You're betting on: which UK & IRE meeting will have the most winning favourites.
- Double The Odds - We will pay double the odds on the winning selection if that meeting had 3+ more winnings favourites than all other meetings
- In circumstances where has been an amended result involving a favourite this will count as a winning favourite both if promoted or demoted.
- Any Joint/Co favourites will count as a winning favourite.
- If a meeting has any Arab races or Charity races these will not be included in settlement.
- Dead Heat Rules apply.
Total Combined Winning Favourites
You're betting on: how many winning favourites combined across the named meeting stated within the market on a given day.
- Any Joint/Co favourites will count as a winning favourite.
- If a meeting has any Arab races or Charity races these will not be included in settlement.

Meeting Most Winning Favs
You're betting on: which meeting will have the most winning SP favourites.
- Any Joint/Co favourites will count as a winning favourite.

Meeting Largest Total Winning Distances

Top Jockey/Trainer/Owner
- Where there is a tie, governing body rules will be used to separate the selections. For example in Top Jockey, if two selections have equal number of wins, the selection with the highest number of second place finishes will be the winner, or where tied again, the number of third place finishes will be used to declare the winner.
Total SP Favourites to Place
You're betting on: how many SP favourites will place across the named meeting stated within the market on a given day.Bets will be settled in line with Sky Bet's Official Place terms

What Will The Winning Time Be?
- The market will be settled on the official winning time of the winner of the race.
- BOG does not apply to this market
- Market will be settled from the official winning time specified from the Press Association.
Match Bets
- A match bet is based on predicting which horse will achieve the best finishing position. Bets are settled on the official result. If both horses finish in the same position, dead heat rules will apply.
- If one horse in a match fails to complete, or takes the wrong course, the other will be considered to have won the match. If neither horse finishes, bets will be void.
- Both selections must start for bets to stand, otherwise match bets are void.
- For flat racing, in the event of the two named horses not completing the course, bets will be settled on the distance travelled by each horse.'
Faller Insurance
- This market is based around predicting the winner with the insurance that if your horse falls, unseats or is brought down, your stake will be returned.
- This bet does not apply to horses that slip up, refuse, pull up, are carried out, run out, hit rails or refuse to race.
- In the event of a horse being withdrawn, not under starter's orders, stakes on that selection will be returned. Bets for the remaining horses in the race will be subject to a deduction in accordance with Tattersall's R4 based on the win price of the withdrawn horse(s) at the time of withdrawal.

Time To Shine
- The selection needs to win by the distance stated & record a time under the time stated.
- The market will be settled on the official winning time.
- A rule 4 may apply to this market in the event of a non runner.

Enhanced Win Only
- For settlement purposes a rule 4 may apply, when any selection within the normal win market is declared a non runner.

You're betting on smaller races created within a win race market, For example;
Created Race - Irish Trained
You would be betting on a mini race involving all horses in the race trained in Ireland.
- For settlement purposes a rule 4 may apply, when any selection within the normal win market is declared a non runner.

- Best Odds Guaranteed does not apply to this market.
Stalls Challenge
You're betting on: which Stall number will secure the most wins over a named Horse Racing meeting (or specific number of races advertised)
- If all races are not completed, or there are any Vacant Stalls, then all bets will stand. In the event of two or more Stall numbers recording the same amount of wins, then dead heat rules will apply for settlement purposes.
- If there is a dead heat relating to a Stalls challenge bet then both of the dead heat traps will be allocated a point.
- In the event of one or both meetings being abandoned that are part of a Combined Stalls Challenge, all bets will be settled on the result of the races that have taken place at both meetings.
Which Race Will Have the Largest Winning Distance?
You're betting on: which race at a specified meeting will have the largest winning distance on a specified day.

- If one of the named jockeys do not race at the named meeting, bets will be made void.
- Jockey A must finish 1st position and Jockey B must finish 2nd position in that exact order in a Race at the specified meeting, as well as Jockey B must finish 1st position & Jockey A must finish 2nd position in that exact order in a separate race at the specified meeting, for the bet to be a winner.

For example if the selection finishes last but is less than the amount of lengths named behind the winner of the race the bet will be settled as a winner.
- If your horse is more than X Lengths behind the winner your bet is a loser.

- If the result is a dead heat, then the winning distance is classed as 0.

- If any of the named horses does not run - the bet will be settled as an enhanced lengthen the odds double or single on the remaining selection(s).
- Each named horse must win by their stated distance band

Lengthen The Odds Insurance
Normal Lengthen The Odds rules will apply with the following additional terms;
- If the selection wins the race but fails to win by the stated distance your bet will be void

- Finish Exactly 2nd - You are betting on the horse to finish 2nd in the specified race.

Yes or No
- Each question must be answered in order to bet on the market.
- First Past The Post rules will NOT apply for the purposes of Yes or No questions. The questions will be settled based on the official result.
- If any of the results from a question involves a dead heat then dead heat rules will apply. This means a win reduction will be used when settling the results.
- If any of the questions cannot be settled due to a non-runner or would have to be voided as per the relevant market rules, then the entire Yes or No coupon will voided.
- Settlement of each question will be in line with the usual market settlement.

Favs X Distance
You're betting on: the number of winning favourites multiplied by the aggregate distance at the named meeting.
- Joint or Co-favourites count as a winner - Maximum distance per race 12 lengths.
- Example - 3 winning favourites & 15 lengths (3 x 15 = 45).
- If any favourite is withdrawn and no market is reformed. The favourite will be the 2nd favourite with the lowest race card number.
- If any races at the specified meeting are abandoned, then all bets on the market will be voided.
Jockey Challenge
You're betting on: which jockey will secure the most wins over a named Horse Racing meeting (or specific number of races advertised) out of the named jockeys
- If all races are not completed, or there are any non-runners, then all bets will stand. In the event of two or more jockeys recording the same amount of wins, then dead heat rules will apply for settlement purposes.
- If there is a dead heat relating to a named jockey then both of the jockeys will be allocated a point.
- If a named jockey has a non-runner then all bets will stand.
- If a jockey doesn't ride the intended horse but the horse still runs, then the horse still counts as if it had been ridden by the intended jockey.

You're betting on: which jockey will secure the most points over a named Horse Racing meeting (or specific number of races advertised) out of the named jockeys
