What is the Extra Places Promotion?
- Extra Places is a promotion we offer on selected races meaning that we will pay out an extra place than our standard terms on Each Way bets. So if your horse finishes 4th on an extra places race and we usually pay out for 3 places, the place part of any Each Way bet will still be paid out.
- Extra Places is a promotion we offer on selected races meaning that we will pay out an extra place than our standard terms on Each Way bets. So if your Greyhound finishes 3rd on an extra places race and we usually pay out for 2 places, the place part of any Each Way bet will still be paid out.
How can I find out where these bets are?
- You can see them by looking on the Bet Selection screen in the race as per the below:
How do I know how many extra places are included?
- This will be displayed as per the above screenshot, at the top of the market. It will show how many places we are paying in the race with the promotion and what the standard places we would pay out on would be.
- For Greyhounds - this will displayed in the same way, as per the above screenshot. It will show how many places we are paying in the race with the promotion and what the standard places we would pay out on would be.
- Tote bets are settled on industry standard place terms.
What about non-runners?
- In the event of a non-runner extra place concessions are liable to change or be withdrawn due to the fact the odds of a horse placing will have changed. Further information can be found here.

What happens if the race is No Runner No Bet?
- Non Runner No Bet means if the horse you have backed doesn't run in the race specified then your bet will be made void and stake will be returned to your account. For more information on this, see our article here.
