Occasionally, there may be unexpected technical issues which may cause cash out to not be available.
Sky Bet won’t be held responsible if these services aren’t available for technical or other reasons.
What happens if I place a bet with the intent to cash out, but the cash out option is not available?
If the cash-out feature is available, it’ll give you the opportunity to take a return and settle an open bet before an event has finished, for a value determined at that time. The status of this feature can vary, and the amount can change.
As the cash-out feature is not guaranteed, we advise against placing bets solely for this purpose.
Why was my cash out suspended for a lengthy period?
There are a number of reasons why we may not be able to offer this feature.

What do I do if I cashed out prematurely?
If your bet was mistakenly cashed out, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team. You can do this by raising a chat or through our social team by selecting the button at the bottom of this page.
