Definitions
- Hits - Credited to a batter when the batter safely reaches or passes first base after hitting the ball into fair territory, without the benefit of an error or a fielder's choice.
- Home Runs - A home run (abbreviated HR) is scored when the ball is hit in such a way that the batter is able to circle the bases and reach home safely in one play without any errors being committed by the defensive team in the process. Most commonly this will occur via hitting the ball into the crowd inside the foul poles.
- Stolen Base - A stolen base occurs when a runner advances to a base to which they are not entitled and the official scorer rules that the advance should be credited to the action of the runner rather than defensive indifference or an error.
- Total Bases - Total bases (TBs) is the number of bases a player has gained with hits. It is a weighted sum for which the weight value is 1 for a single, 2 for a double, 3 for a triple and 4 for a home run. Only bases attained from hits count toward this total.
- Pitcher Strikeouts - A strikeout occurs when a batter racks up three strikes during a time at bat. It usually means the batter is out. The strikeout is awarded to a pitcher if they deliver the final ball of the out.
- Pitcher Wins - The winning pitcher is defined as the pitcher who last pitched prior to the half-inning when the winning team took the lead for the last time.
- Pitchers - The named pitcher must start the match. If the named pitcher doesn't take part or is brought in as a pitching change bets will be void.
- Batters - The named batter must start the match and make at least one plate appearance. If the batter doesnt take part or is removed from the lineup before they make a plate appearance bets will be void.
- Earned Runs - An earned run is attributed to the pitcher if a run is ruled by the official scorer to have resulted exclusively from actions by the batting team and not because of errors by the defense. When the fielding team makes an error or passed ball, the scorer is supposed to "reconstruct" the inning assuming that the defensive miscue did not occur. Only runs that would have scored barring the miscue are considered earned; all others are considered to be unearned.
- A pitcher who is replaced mid-inning may be charged with earned runs equal to the number of batters who reached base while they were pitching, even if the specific batters they faced do not score. The batters they put on base may be erased by fielder's choice plays after they have been relieved by another pitcher, but if earned runs are scored in the inning the original pitcher is liable for as many earned runs as the number of batters they put on base.
- Hits Allowed - This is the number of hits credited to batters while a player is pitching.

- Matches typically take place at home and away venues with the higher seeded team awarded an extra home game.
- If the format of home/away/neutral venues are changed before the entire series has started then bets will stand. If this information changes after the series has started then bets will be voided. Moves from one neutral venue to another neutral venue will not be deemed as a format change and bets would stand in this instance.
