How do I fix app connection issues?
On occasion, the app may not be able to establish a connection upon start-up. If this is the case, please ensure you have a strong WiFi or 3G/4G signal and re-attempt. We would also advise visiting an alternative website (such as Sky Sports) within the device browser to check your connection is working correctly.
