The team is here to help you every single day of the year (including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day) from 7am until midnight. There's no need to wait in a queue for live chat, just drop us a private message on X (Formerly Twitter) or Facebook with your query. Please never provide details on a public post always privately message us.

How can we help you?

We can help you with a variety of queries, the most common of which we have detailed below in frequently asked topics with links to articles that may help answer your query so you don't have to wait for a response on our Social Media channels. However, if you are visiting this page outside of our contact hours (see section 'Out of Hours' for more information)

When contacting us, you will receive topic options to select, which will ensure your query is dealt with quickly and by the right team. Once you are presented with these options (near your text box) please scroll down on X (Formerly Twitter) and to the right for Facebook to display all available topics and find the correct answer for you. (see images below for an example of the options you will be presented with)

Why give us a follow?

We've got loads of exciting and engaging content to share with you! Whether that be updating you on when your promotions and free bets are in your account to when we've played fair and voided a market. We've also got fun competitions to win freebies for you and your mates.

We've also got plenty of informative tweets on all sports that you may have backed. Why not get the latest information that's up-to-date and relevant to your bets?

If you do have protected tweets on your Twitter account, we will be unable to see or reply to your query unless you did give us a follow.

Sometimes we know things can go wrong but we always make sure to let you know what's going on so drop us a follow and we'll keep you in the know.


Having issues getting through to us?

Wait time

If you have come through to our social media team and haven't received a response straight away, this is because we work through a queue of messages and will get to yours as soon as we can and we aim to be with you in 15 minutes. However, this may vary during very busy periods and times of disruption. We deal with queries in chronological order and will get to you as soon as we can!


Out of hours

If you need our help and have contacted us out of our working hours of midnight - 7 am, we won't be able to get to you as we're getting some rest! Don't worry though, you can speak with our live chat team until 2am by clicking the 'Contact Us' button at the foot of this page.

You will receive a response when sending a message outside of hours which will provide information on where you can go for support from us during this period.

If your query is regarding safer gambling while we are out of hours and you are yet to receive a response, please make sure to check out the Safer Gambling page. If you have still not found the necessary support well then make sure to scroll to the bottom and Type in the reason for contact, then make sure to Select 'Safer Gambling' from the following options and continue without logging in to reach the Safer Gambling.

How to take part in our social media competitions?



So you have heard about our competitions? All you need to do to get involved and win is give us a follow on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram for our various sites above and start entering the competitions.

We run all sorts of competitions for you to get involved in, even fancy testing your Knowledge against your mates for prizes? Who doesn't!? Well make sure to follow @SkyBetHelp and get involved!

Lucky winners will be chosen at random, and winners will be tagged and notified through Twitter and Facebook so keep an eye out and your notifications switched on!!

Winners will need to have a fully verified Sky Betting & Gaming account and be over the age of 18. If that's you drop us a dm with your full name, date of birth, postcode or Username, and mother's maiden name for us to credit your prize.

Won a Physical Prize? Once we have your details this should be with you within 28 working days.

What queries can't our social teams deal with?

Due to security, our Social Teams are unable to accept any form of documents for verification; instead please contact via Live Chat, using the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page. We have a dedicated team who will be able to sort this for you as soon as they can. Once you have uploaded your documents if you haven't heard anything back yet, let us know and we'll take a look for you!

If you are contacting on someone else's account or from a shared social media account, we are unable to discuss your Sky Betting and Gaming account. Instead, you will need to contact us on your own personal social media account. If that's not possible, select 'Contact Us' at the bottom of this article, enter the details of your query and select the appropriate contact channel on the following screen. Our Customer Experience Centre is open from 7 am to 2 am every day and will be more than happy to resolve your query.

We pride ourselves on being polite and considerate to our followers and we ask that you follow this practice too. We do understand that at times, it can be frustrating when things go wrong but please show the same respect to us that we do to you.

In cases of repeated/sustained abuse, we may have no choice but to block an account. This is not a decision we take lightly, and we hope this won't be necessary. Please keep it friendly (and clean) for the benefit of our team and our other followers and we'll be here to help.
