If you have a complaint regarding a recently settled bet on Match Statistics (e.g. Shots on Target (SOT), Goalscorers, Tackles, Offsides, Assists, Passes, Cards and Corners) and if you believe your bet has been settled incorrectly as a losing bet then it could be down to the information provided to us by OPTA, under their definitions. This isn't something that can be contested with Opta but there are situations in which their own internal reviews may lead to the decision being overturned. This is usually done within 30 minutes of the match ending. Our Terms & Conditions state : 'Opta collect data for all the competitions that we offer stats markets on. Sky Bet will always use Opta for resulting'.
