How do I join Sky Bet Club?

Step 1: Kick things off by tapping 'Join the Club'

Step 2: Browse your weekly rewards and choose your favourite one.

Step 3: Bet £30 on any market from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday to qualify

Step 4: Get your chosen reward on the following Monday!

Step 5: Enjoy your unlocked Club Exclusives.

Do all my bets count towards qualification?

No, placed bets must follow certain requirements:

• Bets must be placed on markets with odds of 1/1 (2.0) or greater on Sky Bet
• Only cash stakes will count towards qualification. Bonus funds, free bets and any other promotional funds used to place bets will not be counted.
• Cashed out & tote pool bets will also not be counted.

One of my bets was void. Does this count?

• For BuildABets, a void selection will result in the whole bet being made void and will therefore not count towards your staking requirements.
• If bet selection(s) in your accumulator results in the price or accumulative price dropping down to less than evens, the bet will no longer be classed as a qualifying bet and you will need to place an additional one.
• If bet selection(s) in your accumulator results in the price or accumulative price remaining above evens then it will still count towards your staking requirements.

What happens if I don't meet the staking criteria?

• If you don't stake £30+ across the week by 23:59 Sunday, you will not qualify for Sky Bet Club and not earn a weekly reward.
• You will also fail to unlock Club Exclusives for the following week.
• You will, however, remain opted into Sky Bet Club. If you fail to qualify for two consecutive weeks, you will be opted out which means you will have to opt back into Sky Bet Club to start earning rewards again.

Do I have to stake the full £30 all in one go?

• No, you can spend in any increment that you wish. For example, 6 x £5 or 30 x £1.

How do I track my progress?

• You can always track your progress on the Sky Bet Club page once you have chosen a weekly reward, as shown below:

• You can also see your progress in the betslip, with the tracker updating once you have placed your bet. The tracker will also tell you how much you have spent towards your chosen weekly reward.

I've staked £30 or more; how do I know if I have qualified?

• The tracker, which you can find on the Sky Bet Club page or in the Betslip, will also update to reflect your progress.
• Remember though, if you cash out any bets which have contributed to your progress, these will no longer count and you may no longer qualify. The same applies for voided bets.

Do I need to opt back in to Sky Bet Club every week?

• If you qualify for Sky Bet Club, you will not need to opt in again the following week, but you must choose a new weekly reward.
• If you fail to qualify for two consecutive weeks, you will be opted out which means you will have to opt back into Sky Bet Club to start earning rewards again.

How do I choose my weekly reward?

• Head to the Sky Bet Club page and make sure you've joined the club
• Click ''Choose your weekly reward'' and browse the rewards that are on offer for that week
• Tap ''Choose this reward'' on the one you'd like to earn, and you will be taken back to the main Sky Bet Club page, where you will see your chosen reward and how you are tracking towards qualification.

If I do choose a reward, can I change my mind?

• Yes, you can change your weekly reward until 23:59 on Sunday.

Do I lose my staking progress if I change my mind?

• No, any eligible bets placed between 00:00 Monday and 23:59 Sunday will count towards qualification.
• However, you will need to remain opted in to Sky Bet Club during this period to remain eligible for your weekly reward.

What happens if I don't choose a weekly reward?

• If you don't choose a weekly reward by 23:59 Sunday but remain opted in, and have met the staking requirements, we will automatically give you the 2 x £2.50 BuildABet reward.

I've qualified, when do I get my weekly reward?

• All weekly rewards are credited by 7pm Monday.

How do I know I have been credited my weekly reward on a Monday?

• You will receive a pop up message on Monday's in the Sky Bet app confirming that your weekly reward has been credited, like the below:

Why am I not eligible for Sky Bet Club?

There may be a number of different reasons for ineligibility, including:

Self-Exclusion or Cool Off

As a responsible operator, any customers currently in a Self Exclusion or Cool Off period will be deemed ineligible for the Sky Bet Club or other offers.

Betting Behaviour

The spirit of the Sky Bet Club and other promotional offers are intended to reward loyal customers for choosing to bet with Sky Bet. On occasion, reviews by our trading team may highlight accounts which require tighter liability management. Unfortunately, these accounts will not be permitted to participate in the offers.

Patterns of betting that indicate an attempt to abuse the promotions - or engage in activity that is against the spirit of the promotions - will also result in immediate exclusion from the offers.

Fraudulent Behaviour

Any account that is deemed to be directly involved in fraudulent activities, or related to other accounts that have been involved, will be excluded from the Sky Bet Club and other offers.
