What is Money Back?
Money Back is a feature that can be used on Multis, Accas and BuildABet's across all sports.
They can be used on any Sport whereby if one leg of your acca or BuildABet lets you down, you will get your stake back as a free bet (max refund varies). Minimum leg requirement varies.
Choose your selections and apply it in your betslip, giving you the chance to get your stake back as a free bet if one leg lets you down.
How do I get Money Back as a Free Bet?
You can see when you have Money Back as a Free Bet available through banners on site, in ''Active Free Bets'' on iOS, or 'View Rewards Details' on web & android. You will also receive pop-up notifications.
You can find your up-to-date rewards balance in the 'My wallet' section as well as descriptions of these in the 'My Rewards' section.
What can Money Back as a Free Bet be used on?
The details on what they can be used on will be available in the "Active Rewards"/ "View Rewards Details" section of the app.
Some Money Back Multi's can be used on any event whereas others may be linked to a specific sport or event. The details of what these can be used on is available in the 'View Reward Details' section.
Money Back as a Free Bet is eligible on BuildABet's, Accas and Multis only.
How do I use Money Back as a Free Bet?
To use these, simply add eligible selections to the betslip and then a Present Box will be displayed next to it.
Click the Present Box and the eligible Money back as a Free Bet will be available for selection.
After applying the Money Back, you will see a confirmation message appear in the bet slip under your selection.
I'm having trouble using my Money Back as a Free Bet, why is it not appearing on my betslip?
If you are having problems using your Money Back as a Free Bet, make sure to double check the terms & conditions of this in the "Active Free Bets" / "View Rewards Details" section of the app.
Firstly, check if it's a Money Back as a Free Bet to be used on multis/accas/BuildABet's.
If you trying to use a Money Back multis it may have a minimum leg requirement or be linked to a specific sport or event.
Does Money Back as a Free Bet expire?
Each available Money Back as a Free Bet will have an expiry time associated with it. This will be made clear in any pop-up notifications and other communications associated with it.

Does Super Sub apply to bets placed with Money Back?
Money Back as a Free Bet can be used in conjunction with Super Sub eligible bets.

Can I use Money Back as a Free Bet with another offer?
Money Back as a Free Bet cannot be used in conjunction with a free bet and therefore only applies to stakes made with cash only.
This also applies to Boosters, and they cannot be combined with other Money Back as a Free Bet on the same bet.
Bets placed using Money Back as a Free Bet will not qualify for other promotions.
Where can I find my Money Back as a Free Bet?
Your Money Back as a Free Bet balance will be displayed in the 'cash & rewards balance' section when logged in your account. Additional details on these in your account can be found in the ''Active Free Bets'' / "View Rewards Details" section of the app.
What happens if I cash out my bet?
If you cash out or partially cash out your bet placed with Money Back as a Free Bet, it will not be returned or refunded.
What happens to my bet if I have used Money Back as a Free Bet and the result is an amended result?
In the event of an amended result, crediting of free bets will only take place after the result of the event is confirmed.
