I haven't accessed my account in a long time. Can I log back into it?
- If your account is inactive for 24 months, it will be deemed to be dormant.
- You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging into that account.
What happens if I have funds in my account?
- For UK customers, after 24 months of inactivity, funds in dormant accounts may be moved by us to a different account held by us for internal accounting purposes. Don't worry, you will still be entitled to your funds.
- If we choose to move the funds in your dormant account, we will contact you at the email address registered on your account, giving you at least 30 days' notice, to advise you that you have funds in your account and how to access those funds.
What happens if I don't access my account after you have emailed to advise I have 30 days to login?
- If you have not logged in to your account within 30 days, we will move the funds in your account to a different account held by us for internal accounting purposes. Your rights to the funds will remain unaffected by the move.

- If you are unable to access your account or withdraw your funds, please contact us and we will be able to log in or withdraw your available funds providing your account activity is in line with our terms and conditions.
What happens if I still don't access my account or contact you?
- Where a dormant account has been inactive for 7 consecutive years, your account will be deleted and we will no longer retain your personal details.
- If you contact us after your dormant account has been deleted for a refund of the balance and provide evidence of the funds in such account, we will process the refund unless we're entitled to withhold any or all of such balance under these terms and conditions.
