Undeliverable Emails

This article outlines why you may have had your email returned to you, even when you have sent it to the right place and what to do to solve that problem.

Why hasn't my email been forwarded to your team?

If you have sent us an email which has not been delivered, it is highly likely you have attached a file to your email that we can't accept and so the email that you sent has not been forwarded to our team. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

What file types can I attach?

There are other file formats that you can use. Simply attach your desired file in one of the below formats and send back to us.

  • JPEG
  • JPG
  • PDF
  • PNG

I'm unsure of how to attach the correct file type, is there another way to send my documents?
