What happens if I upgrade?
As well as our Free to Play products, an upgraded account can be used on Sky Bet, Poker, Casino, Bingo and Vegas products!
What can I expect when upgrading?
To allow you to use certain features on our sites, we require extra information - we refer to this as "upgrading" your account. The process also involves providing some additional security information and the acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
In order to ensure that we are meeting our regulatory requirements we will conduct identification, credit or other verification checks in line with our Terms & Conditions, as well as checking for Self-Exclusions between all brands across the Flutter Group.
How do I know if I need to verify my account?
If you need to verify your account, you will be informed when you are next onsite explaining what to do. You will also receive a supporting email.
We may need you to provide additional documentation such as a passport, drivers licence or proof of address but we will let you know what you need to send us.
If you have failed verification this means we have not been able to verify your name, address and date of birth. You will be:
- Required to submit two documents - One document to verify your date of birth and one to verify your address.
- Unable to deposit, withdraw or play whilst we await your documents.
- Some customers may be able to deposit and play for 30 days whilst we await one document however, during this time you will be unable to withdraw. You will be advised within your account if this is the case.

Does it cost to upgrade?
No! The process of upgrading is completely free. You may be offered the opportunity to deposit funds in doing so but this will be optional.
Can I 'downgrade'?
