Why is my withdrawal blocked?
Withdrawals are blocked when we've been unable to fully verify your identity via the automatic checks that we have in place. These checks cross reference details with a variety of sources such as the electoral roll, births index, etc.
Why does my account need to be verified?
In order to ensure your account remains safe and secure, we need to verify your identity in line with Applicable Laws and our compliance policies and procedures. We will take steps to suspend or restrict your account until such time as the relevant verification checks are completed to our satisfaction.
How can I fully verify my account?
You can verify your account by sending us a photo of your Driving Licence or Passport. If you choose to use a Passport, or the address on your Driving Licence does not match the one on your account, we will also need to see a copy of a utility bill dated within the last 3 months to confirm your address.
