Why is my withdrawal blocked?

Withdrawals are blocked for a number of reasons. In order to ensure your account remains safe and secure we will take steps to suspend or restrict your activity.

We may have not been able to fully verify your identity via the automatic checks that we have in place. Our automatic checks cross reference details with a variety of sources such as the electoral roll, births index, etc. If this was not successful, you will need to fully verify your account by sending us your documentation.

How can I fully verify my account?

You can fully verify your account by sending us a photo of your Driving Licence or Passport. If you choose to use a Passport, or the address on your Driving Licence does not match the one on your account, we will also need to see a copy of a utility bill dated within the last 3 months to confirm your address. Why does my account need to be verified?

We need to verify your identity in line with Applicable Laws and our compliance policies and procedures.

What if my account is already fully verified?
