Where can I get the app?

The app is available to download here (from Mobile or Tablet devices only).

Upon running the installation you may be presented with an 'installation blocked' message. To enable the install please visit the settings option displayed - or through Settings -> Security - and tick the 'Unknown Sources' option.

I've turned on Unknown Sources but now seem to have lost the app?

If you're unable to return to the install process after activating Unknown Sources, the file can be ran again by locating it within the 'File Manager' app (or similar) in your app drawer. The file will be titled 'Skybet-x.x.apk (where x is the version number) and will be located in the following location:

Alternatively, the file can be downloaded a second time if you wish - once Unknown Sources have been switched on, the second install will process without issue.

Why can't I get the app through the Play Store?

The Play Store does not currently allow gambling apps. If you have previously installed a Sky Bet app please uninstall immediately.

How come Touch ID and Quick PIN aren't available?

We expect more advanced features to be rolled out in v2.0 coming in the next few months.

How do I update the Android app?

When a new version is available, the app will download automatically in the background. The next time you open the app you will be presented with the option to update.

I only want to use the site. How can I stop messages asking me to download the app?

To ensure our customers are aware of the new app, they will receive messaging over the course of their visits. If you are continuing to receive on-site messaging even after closing the banners/windows, please ensure you have cookies enabled and are not using the site in a Private Browsing mode.
