Can I cancel or amend a bet?

For eligible bets, you can now cash out your bet for the same value of the stake, providing the odds haven't changed and it is not in-play or has already played.

Just visit the 'My Bets' section on your account to view your bets that are eligible bets and then cash out for the stake amount if you have made a mistake or changed your mind!

Why is the cash out value less than my stake?

  • Odds change - the odds on the selection may have altered since placement, if the odds shorten then the cash out value will reduce
  • Eligible bets - this facility is only available on bets that are eligible for cash out. To view a full list of eligible bets please follow the above button
  • Cash out unavailable - sometimes the option to cash out may be unavailable due to a number of reasons. Click this link to view a list of these possible scenarios.

For bets that are not eligible for cash out, once it has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled without our intervention

As per our Bet Acceptance Policy, bets can only be cancelled with our express agreement and we cannot cancel a bet if:

  • A price has changed;
  • An event has started;
  • You've changed your mind

If your bet contains a non-runner, we will endeavour to settle the selection as quickly as possible but please consult the market's governing rules - available within the 'Rules' tab above - if you are unsure.
